You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our sole discretion.
New users receive 50 free credits upon account creation. Credits are consumed as follows:

All personas created on PanelPeeps are AI-generated simulations and do not represent real individuals. The responses, opinions, and characteristics expressed by AI personas are synthesized based on demographic patterns and do not reflect the views of actual people.
While PanelPeeps can provide useful insights for product research and validation, AI-generated responses should not be considered a substitute for real user research with actual human participants. We recommend using PanelPeeps for preliminary exploration and hypothesis generation, followed by validation with real users.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated persona responses. Users should exercise their own judgment when interpreting and applying insights from persona conversations.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
You retain ownership of the personas you create and the conversations you conduct on PanelPeeps. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
The PanelPeeps platform, including its design, code, features, and pre-built templates, is owned by PanelPeeps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-generated persona responses are created using third-party AI models. While you may use these responses for your own research and business purposes, we do not claim ownership of AI-generated output and cannot guarantee exclusive rights to such content.
Your use of PanelPeeps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PanelPeeps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
